Visitors Center

Learn more about Phinizy Swamp Nature Park at the Academy's Visitor Center. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, the Visitor Center includes a breathtaking view of the swamp, a sneak peak at the "Look Outside at Phinizy Swamp" video, species lists, park maps, Academy literature, and Academy merchandise. Staffed entirely by volunteers, the Center is soon to be complete with educational displays on area history, wetland wildlife and habitats, and restoration ecology.
